2. Product information and condition
We aim to keep titles, images, specifications, prices, stock status and condition accurate. Each product page identifies the item as brand new or professionally refurbished where applicable. Compatible/non-OEM consumables are identified as such and are not represented as manufactured by the original equipment manufacturer.
3. Orders, stock and pricing
An order is accepted after payment and stock confirmation. If an item is unavailable or affected by a clear pricing error, we will contact you and offer a suitable alternative or a full refund. Prices are in Kenya shillings unless stated otherwise.
4. Payment
Available payment methods are shown at checkout or on the quotation. Do not send payment to a number or account that has not been confirmed through our official website, phone or email.
5. Delivery, returns and warranty
Delivery timing and charges are governed by our Shipping and Delivery Policy. Eligible returns are governed by our Refund and Returns Policy. New machines receive a 12-month warranty and professionally refurbished machines receive a 6-month warranty under our Warranty Policy.
6. Website use and intellectual property
You may use the website only for lawful purposes. Website content may not be copied or commercially reused without permission. Manufacturer names and marks belong to their respective owners and may be used only to identify products or compatibility.
7. Liability and applicable law
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Kenya Copiers is not responsible for indirect loss arising from misuse, unauthorized repairs, incompatible supplies or events outside our reasonable control. These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya.
