Products and condition

Do you sell new and refurbished machines?

Yes. The condition is displayed on the individual product page. Professionally refurbished machines are inspected, serviced and tested before sale.

Are compatible toners original manufacturer products?

No. Any item labelled “compatible” or “non-OEM” is a third-party replacement intended for the named printer model. Original manufacturer products are identified separately.

Warranty and returns

What warranty do machines receive?

Brand-new machines receive a 12-month Kenya Copiers warranty. Professionally refurbished machines receive a 6-month Kenya Copiers warranty. Consumables and spare parts receive defect-on-delivery protection rather than the machine warranty. See the Warranty Policy.

Can I return an order?

Eligible returns may be requested within 14 days. Rules differ for change-of-mind returns, tested refurbished machines and opened consumables. See the Refund and Returns Policy.

Delivery and collection

Do you deliver across Kenya?

Yes. Standard delivery is KES 350 for eligible parcels. Heavy or remote deliveries may cost more, and the amount is confirmed before payment.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are normally processed within 0–1 business day and delivered within 1–5 business days, depending on location and courier operations.

Can I collect my order?

Yes. Confirm that the order is ready, then collect free from Ramogi House, 2nd Floor, Room 205, Luthuli Avenue, Nairobi, Kenya during business hours.
