Shipping and Delivery Policy

1. Delivery coverage and price

Kenya Copiers delivers across Kenya. Delivery costs KES 350 per online order. This rate applies to all products offered through our online shop and is shown before payment.

2. Processing and delivery times

Orders are processed Monday–Saturday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. Orders paid and confirmed before 3:00 PM East Africa Time may be processed the same business day; later orders are normally processed the next business day. Handling time is 0–1 business day and transit time after dispatch is 1–4 business days, giving an estimated total delivery time of 1–5 business days across Kenya.

These are estimates. Courier disruption, weather, public holidays, inaccessible locations or incorrect delivery information may cause delay. We will communicate a material known delay.

3. Collection

Collection from our office is free after we confirm that the order is ready: Ramogi House, 2nd Floor, Room 205, Luthuli Avenue, Nairobi, Kenya. Bring the order confirmation or invoice.

4. Delivery inspection

Check the model, package condition and included accessories at delivery. Report an incorrect, damaged or defective item promptly under our Refund and Returns Policy.
